Picspam from when the wonderful eltea was staying with me for a week. This is quite late, considering I took the photos back at the end of March, and covers Chatsworth House, Scarborough and a few shots of York Minster.

MAGNA, SHEFFIELD (my camera died as soon as we went in, unfortunately...)

Oooh, gorgeous! :) I especially love the upward shot of the sculpture up the side of the building. And then that fountain shot! Actually, all of the outdoor ones, I think. XD And the terrace one! All of Scarborough looks lovely, though I'm pretty sure a lot of that's in the way you captured it. :3

The cathedral ones are really striking, too, and I love the beach one. And *BEAMED* at the police box. 8D

Thank you, honey! I much prefer the outdoor ones of Chatsworth - indoors the lighting was utter crap so everything came out rather less than clear, but I couldn't not post ANY of the indoors, because it was so very pretty. So those ones are less artistic and more me being a bit of a tourist, haha! I'm glad you liked the outdoors ones though, sweetie, thanks! =D

I'm glad you like the ones of Scarborough and the Minster (which we shall have to make a quick dash to look at when we're in York, as it's a MAJOR landmark)! The day in Scarborough was gloriously sunny, so I had a great deal of help making it look pretty! XD

I couldn't resist the police box, and I'm glad you like the beach one. Would you like to take a guess at who the young lady in that one might be? =D

Oh, my, when was this? I went to Derbyshire just a few months ago, although I didn't visit Chatsworth, I visited Kedleston Hall and another Hall with a Museum of Childhood (containing awesome clockwork Victorian dolls XD) And I WAS IN SCARBOROUGH THIS HALF TERM HOLIDAY! Did you see the amazing boarded-up church building on the high street? My camera died when I went though *cries*

This was back at the end of March - we'd been to Ireland together and then, since I have family scattered around the North, we went for a bit of exploration. =D

I actually hate the photos of inside Chatsworth House (it was gorgeous, but the lighting was freakin' awful for a digicam), but I had so many of them that I couldn't not put any up. The day in Scarborough was such great weather though, so I'm glad my batteries were ok! Didn't see the boarded up Church, though... We mostly walked around the bay and up to the castle.
